From a stable swing feel and laid back to smooth bebop play... Bae Min-hyuk, who has mastered the unique idiom of traditional jazz guitar, is showing an astonishing rate of growth despite only focusing on jazz guitar for a few years.

With the bold confidence to produce his first album solely as a guitar trio, and his ability to deliver solid notes even in mid-tempo and slow tempo, he will soon become a significant asset to the Korean jazz guitar scene.

Guitarist Bae Min-hyuk, selected as a 2025 Jazz People Rising Star, makes his debut. He perfectly masters an old-school style that belies his 20s (born in 2001), making you want to check the album information for each song.
His guitar playing, delivered through the Gibson ES-175CC, would fit right in with Charlie Christian, Barney Kessel, and Tal Farlow. His four original songs, rich in jazz guitar flavor, and the support of Jin-kyo Park (bass) and Sang-soo Kim (drums), are also flawless.

깁슨 ES-175CC를 통해 전해지는 기타 연주는 찰리 크리스천, 바니 케셀, 탈 팔로우와 섞여 있어도 전혀 어색하지 않을 정도다. 재즈 기타의 진한 맛이 느껴지는 그의 오리지널 4곡과 박진교(베이스), 김상수(드럼)의 서포트 또한 군더더기 하나 없다.
