This album started from the moment when I looked at my daily life as it is.
Not a longing for glamour or style, but a lack of emotion and recovery, honest desire and a loose mind.
It's a story about a time when we can embrace the various emotions that make up life a little more calmly.

There were times when things felt excessive.
I feel healthier now,
When you feel alive again from the feeling of wanting to look cool,
That was 'Normal Life' for blah.

Rather than a dramatic narrative
Small but clear changes in emotions,
And I'm talking about my own way of recovery that is contained within it.

'Normal Life' is about blah facing unrefined emotions.
This album shows the process of growing up without much fuss.
In the rhythm of emotions flowing and stopping, the depth of the word ordinariness is redefined.

있는 그대로의 일상을 다시 바라보게 된 순간에서 출발한 앨범이다.
화려함이나 멋에 대한 갈망이 아닌, 감정의 결핍과 회복, 솔직한 욕망과 느슨한 마음까지
삶을 이루는 다양한 감정들을 조금 더 담담하게 끌어안는 시간에 관한 이야기다.

어느 시기엔 과하게 느껴졌던 것들이
지금은 오히려 건강하게 느껴지고,
스스로 멋져 보이고 싶다는 감정에서 다시 살아있음을 느낄 때,
그것이 blah에게 'Normal Life'였다.

극적인 서사보다는
작지만 분명한 감정의 변화들,
그리고 그 안에 깃든 나만의 회복의 방식에 대해 말하고 있다.

'Normal Life'는 blah가 정제되지 않은 감정을 마주하며
소란스럽지 않게 성장해가는 과정을 보여주는 앨범이다.
