블루(BLOO)의 정규 3집 [Fox and the City]는 미국 시리즈 'Sex and the City'처럼 사랑과 드라마를 매혹적으로 풀어낸 앨범으로, 총 10곡이 수록되어 있다.
그중 타이틀곡 'muse'는 중독성 있는 멜로디 위에 이성에 대해 느낀 감정을 직관적으로 표현한 가사를 얹어 리스너들을 플러팅하는 블루(BLOO)의 모습을 그려냈다.
