CAMO released its first full-length album [Pressure Makes Diamonds]. This is a symbolic album that shows the process of overcoming the pressure and burden she felt after suddenly receiving great attention from the public through heightened musicality.

This album, consisting of 13 tracks, features many domestic and foreign artists, and presents CAMO's musical color and sound, which has been enriched through musical exchange between East and West. Jay Park, Sik-K, Loopy, Japanese hip-hop queen Awich, and female rapper Tommy Genesis, who is active in the American scene, participated as features to enhance the completeness of the song. Producer AXL Beats, who popularized the American drill sound by composing music for artists such as Pop Smoke, Drake, and Travis Scott; MP808 (Future/Meek Mill) from the legendary producing house 808 Mafia; Along with Diplo, world-class artists including composer Aryay, who was nominated for a Grammy last year, contributed their talents to CAMO's album. David “Yungin” Kim, a three-time Grammy award-winning mix engineer, was in charge of mixing all of the album’s songs.

[Pressure Makes Diamonds] shows CAMO's musical capabilities that can shine in the global music market, while also raising expectations for her infinite potential as a lyricist and composer. After its release, it was listed on Billboard's list of the best K-Pop albums of 2023.

CAMO가 첫 정규 앨범 [Pressure Makes Diamonds]를 발표했다. 대중에게 급격히 큰 관심을 받게된 후 그녀가 느낀 압박과 부담감을 한 층 높아진 음악성을 통해 극복하는 과정을 보여주는 상징적인 앨범이다.

13 트랙으로 이루어진 이번 앨범은 국내외 많은 아티스트들이 참여하며, 동서양의 음악적 교류를 통해 한층 풍부해진 CAMO의 음악적 색깔과 사운드를 선보인다. 박재범, 식케이 (Sik-K), 루피 (Loopy)를 포함해 일본 힙합의 여왕 Awich, 미국 씬 에서 활발히 활동중인 여성 래퍼 Tommy Genesis가 피쳐링으로 참여해 완성도를 높였다. 팝 스모크 (Pop Smoke), 드레이크 (Drake), 트래비스 스캇 (Travis Scott) 등의 작곡을 맡으며 미국 드릴 사운드를 대중화 시킨 프로듀서 AXL Beats, 전설적인 프로듀싱 하우스 808 Mafia 소속의 MP808 (Future/Meek Mill), Diplo와 함께 작년 그래미 후보에 오른 작곡가 Aryay 등 세계적인 아티스트들이 CAMO의 이번 앨범에 재능을 보탰다. 3차례 그래미 수상 경력의 믹스 엔지니어 David “Yungin” Kim이 앨범 전곡의 믹스를 맡았다.
