In 2024, E'LAST, who showed the group's symbolism and the conclusion of the worldview narrative through their first full-length album [Everlasting], will make a comeback with their fifth mini-album [Versus].

E'LAST's fifth mini-album title, [Versus], is the original form of 'VS', which is often used in competitive situations. It is an album that contains the process of finding and developing the true 'self' that was latent through competition with the 'other self' within or friendly competition among E'LAST members, while also breaking away from the mature and intense image of E'LAST.

The title song 'Crazy Train' starts with a cheerful whistle sound and features an impressive funky guitar sound and dazzling bass sound. The song stands out with its fast-tempo, exciting rhythm, and E'LAST's energetic vocal harmony and powerful performance that further enhance the song's appeal.

In addition, the album consists of a total of 5 tracks, including 'Gotham', which shows E'LAST's unique charm with its dreamy synth sound and rough, rhythmic vocals; 'Emergency', which has a technical rap and a familiar-sounding oriental-style melody strangely blended with the participation of members Wonhyuk and Wonjun in making the rap; 'Drive', which has a light melody and lyrics in a city pop style that evokes comfort; and 'Misery', which stands out for its minor sensibility with its medium-tempo jazzy piano comping and classic guitar melody.

E'LAST(엘라스트)의 다섯 번째 미니 앨범명인 [Versus]는 흔히 경쟁 상황에 사용되는 'VS'의 본말로, 내면에 있는 '또 다른 나'와의 경쟁 혹은 E'LAST(엘라스트) 멤버 간 선의의 경쟁을 통해 잠재되어 있던 진짜 '나'의 모습을 찾아가며 발전시켜가는 과정을 담음과 동시에 성숙하고 강렬한 기존의 E'LAST(엘라스트) 이미지를 탈피하는 앨범이다.

경쾌한 휘파람 사운드로 시작하는 타이틀곡 'Crazy Train'은 펑키한 기타 사운드와 현란한 베이스 사운드가 인상적이며, 빠른 템포의 신나는 리듬과 곡의 매력을 한층 더 높여주는 E'LAST(엘라스트)의 활기찬 보컬 하모니와 강렬한 퍼포먼스가 돋보이는 곡이다.
