IVE THE 2ND ALBUM [REVIVE+]

Ive takes a step further in broadening his horizons with his second studio album. Having previously proven himself with a focus on "me," Ive now expands that gaze to "us." This album is neither a declaration of becoming stronger nor a choice to repeat familiar images. It is the result of Ive contemplating what more he can connect from his current position.
[REVIVE+] is closer to a re-ignition than a reset. Rather than making a fire that has already been lit grow larger, it explores how far that fire can spread. If 'REVIVE' is a movement to revive sensations, '+' is the direction in which those sensations do not linger but continue. In this album, Ive places himself at the center, demonstrating that this center can embrace a wider range of emotions and perspectives.

- A way to reconnect messages of empathy
If the previous work, [IVE EMPATHY], presented the keyword "empathy," [REVIVE+] expands that emotion into the structure of relationships. It poses a question about whether empathy can become a connection linking people, rather than remaining merely a single theme. In this album, IVE broadens the narrative of "IVE = Me" into the relationship of "IVE + The Public = Us." Here, "Us" is not a single face. It encompasses the stage and the stage below, the present and the past, and even IVE and the gazes watching them. It is a state where different positions and emotions are loosely connected. [REVIVE+] does not define this relationship. Instead, it leaves it open, creating room to enter through music and imagery.
