Simultaneous nomination for Best R&B & Soul Album at the 2026 Korean Music Awards and R&B Track at the Korean Hip Hop Awards

Jeebanoff has proven his place in the music scene through his unique vocal tone, sophisticated producing skills, and consistency. He won the Best R&B & Soul Song award at the 2017 Korean Music Awards for "Samseon-dong Crossroads," a track from his debut EP [so fed up] released in 2016, and was praised as "a model answer for well-crafted alternative R&B." Since then, he has established himself as a recognized artist in the domestic hip-hop and R&B scene by building a high-quality discography through the release of full-length albums and EPs, as well as numerous featuring activities.

Jeebanoff’s third studio album, [Misery], is impressive for its storytelling that applies ambiguous, undefined relationships and lingering emotions to various situations, handling potentially cliché themes with restraint rather than excess. The tracks "Stranger" and "Hidden Photograph" on Side A were cut into consecutive tracks to capture the album's organic connection. "Stranger" tells the story of when a once-close lover becomes the most distant stranger in the world; the tight percussion rhythm, contrasting with dreamy synth sounds, leaves the unstable emotional arc unresolved, leading directly into the next track. In "Hidden Photograph," the artist encounters a photograph of a former lover in an unexpected situation and becomes trapped in the paradox of having to remember in order to forget. The final track on Side A, "Misery," is the title track that highlights Jeebanoff’s signature delicate voice; it depicts lingering regret as a painful emotion, clinging to a love that passed by long ago and throwing out unanswerable questions.

[Misery], which captures love stories everyone has likely experienced, is as intriguing as any dating show, yet beneath the surface, one can sense the sophistication of its design and the contrast in the temperature of its cynicism. True to its original intent, the jeebanoff [Misery] LP features three consecutive track sections and short mute times, adding a sense of completeness to the narrative of the 12 songs. ※ Playback issues
1) If you are using a turntable without a tonearm or weight adjustment function (mainly all-in-one models), skipping may occur when playing tracks with large variations in dynamic sound, which is mostly caused by the light weight of the tonearm.
Returns or exchanges are not available for playback issues caused by device problems, so we recommend playing the recording on a device with adjustable tonearms.
2) Discs may not play smoothly due to static electricity and dust. This can usually be resolved by removing them with a dedicated product.
3) Playback may not be smooth if dust accumulates on the needle.

※ Disk abnormality
1) The disc surface may be uneven or warped. Returns or exchanges are only accepted if there is a playback issue.
2) In some cases, the center hole diameter of the disc is manufactured to be small to minimize distortion of the playback range and maintain maximum consistency even during repeated playback. If it does not fit the turntable spindle, the issue can be resolved by adjusting the center hole using a dedicated product.
3) Occasionally, there may be minor scratches on the disc or the finish may not be clean. Returns or exchanges are only accepted if there is a playback issue.
