'Iconic City Pop Artist' Kim Ah-reum's most summery album, 'SEOUL WAVE,' is being released on LP.

Kim Ah-reum's 'SEOUL WAVE' is the second album in the 'WAVE' series and is a work released one year after 'OCEAN WAVE'.

This album, which fully recreates the sound and sensibility of the 90s—known as the golden age of global popular music—captures the memories of those romantic times in its sound. In particular, taking the landscape of Seoul, the capital of K-pop leading global trends, as the overarching theme of the album, it blends analog and digital into a single track, passionately mixing the Anglo-American pop music loved at the time with Korean sentiment.

The album 'SEOUL WAVE' features two title tracks, 'Summer Love' and 'Sisihae' (Feat. Muzie). By putting New Jack Swing, a representative summer genre, front and center, the album delivers a groovy sound that maximizes Kim Ah-reum's signature refreshing voice. In particular, 'Sisihae' features Muzie, a musician widely loved for his retro sound, showcasing a unique chemistry with Kim Ah-reum once again.

Producer Space Cowboy and the Space Sound crew have all come together. Led by Space Cowboy, producer JADE, another pillar of the 'Kim Ah-reum Sound,' participated in this album as well, along with producers such as 1988, NV, and Zeenan. Additionally, top-tier musicians who have always collaborated on Kim Ah-reum's albums joined forces, including guitarists Lee Tae-wook and Moon Won-woo, bassist Baek Kyung-jin, chorus singer Kim Hyo-soo, and Common Ground saxophonist Jay Kim.

Kim Ah-reum's 'SEOUL WAVE' is a work that delicately captures the dynamic and sometimes lyrical summer scenery of Seoul in each and every track. For everyone listening to this album, these songs will become theme songs that linger in their ears the moment they think of summer.

1) Please note that minor jacket wrinkles, corner dents, cracks, etc., other than obvious playback defects, are not eligible for return or exchange.
2) The inner slab may crack due to contact with the disc, but this is not eligible for return or exchange.
3) The disc label may not be attached smoothly due to the manufacturing process.
4) Damage to the outer packaging film that is not defective to the product itself is not eligible for exchange or return.

※ Playback failure
1) If you are using a turntable without a tonearm or weight adjustment function (mainly all-in-one models), skipping may occur when playing tracks with large variations in dynamic sound, which is mostly caused by the light weight of the tonearm.
Returns or exchanges are not available for playback issues caused by device problems, so we recommend playing the recording on a device with adjustable tonearms.
2) Discs may not play smoothly due to static electricity and dust. This can usually be resolved by removing them with a dedicated product.
3) Playback may not be smooth if dust accumulates on the needle.

※ Disk abnormality
1) The disc surface may be uneven or warped. Returns or exchanges are only accepted if there is a playback issue.
2) In some cases, the center hole diameter of the disc is manufactured to be small to minimize distortion of the playback range and maintain maximum consistency even during repeated playback. If it does not fit the turntable spindle, the issue can be resolved by adjusting the center hole using a dedicated product.
3) Occasionally, there may be minor scratches on the disc or the finish may not be clean. Returns or exchanges are only accepted if there is a playback issue.

다가올 서울의 여름, 그리고 김아름 'SEOUL WAVE'

'아이코닉 시티팝 아티스트' 김아름의 가장 여름스러운 앨범 'SEOUL WAVE'를 LP로 공개한다.

김아름의 'SEOUL WAVE'는 'WAVE' 연작의 두 번째 앨범으로 'OCEAN WAVE' 이후 1년 만에 공개한 작품이다.

전 세계 대중음악의 황금기로 불리는 90년대 사운드와 감성을 온전히 재현한 이 앨범은 낭만 가득했던 그 시절의 기억을 사운드에 담았다. 특히 전 세계 트랜드를 주도하는 K-팝의 수도, '서울'이라는 도시의 풍경을 앨범 전체를 관통하는 테마로 삼아 아날로그와 디지털을 하나의 트랙 안에 녹이고 당시 사랑받았던 영미 팝 음악과 한국적 정서를 뜨겁게 뒤섞여 쏟아낸다.
