멀티 아티스트 KoN(콘)의 팝송 커버 앨범 프로젝트. 팝콘(POP-KoN) 프로젝트!!
클래식 바이올린을 전공한 KoN(콘)이 시간이 지나도 변하지 않을 클래식 명곡들을 찾아 KoN(콘)의 해석으로 세상에 선보이는 작업의 일환으로, 오랜 시간 세계적으로 사랑을 받은 클래식 팝송 중 12곡을 KoN(콘)이 직접 엄선해 매달 1곡씩 1년에 걸쳐 발매하는 프로젝트이다.

팝콘(POP-KoN)프로젝트의 가장 큰 매력은 노래와 연주를 거침없이 넘나드는 자유로움이다. 이번 앨범은 바이올린을 전공하고 성악을 부전공으로 이수하여 바이올리니스트, 뮤지컬 배우, 싱어송라이터 등 다양한 이력을 가진 KoN(콘)의 음악적 특징이 잘 녹아나 있다.
이 프로젝트의 모든 곡들은 보컬곡이지만, 모두 KoN(콘)의 바이올린 연주가 스며들어 있어 간주에 스치듯 나타나는 연주에서부터 노래와 거의 대등한 비중을 가지고 있는 연주에 이르기까지 곡마다 다양한 형태로 노래와 바이올린 연주가 조화를 이루고 있다.
