내 문장은 사랑으로 시작해 사랑으로 끝맺어져요.
나의 시선 끝에 피어난 것들이 당신의 마음에 보탬이 되길 바라며,

1. 사랑은 수채화처럼
“사랑한다는 것은 아름다운 것 같아. 지고 또다시 피는 봄날들의 꽃처럼”

나지막한 목소리로 내 이름을 불러 줬을 때가 생각나요.
그때 가난하고 비좁았던 내 마음은 꿈처럼, 아득히 먼 세상으로 번졌어요.
사랑을 하는 순간부터 지금까지도.

2. 마음의 등잔 밑
“생각이 난다면 시선을 낮춰서 나에게도 빛으로 와줘요.”

가까이 있어도 도리어 알아보지 못하고, 내게는 시선을 주지 않는 이에게 보내는 마음

그 계절과 그다음 계절에도 내 옆에 있어줘요.”

옷자락을 꼬-옥 잡으며 꺼내어 놓는 마음

“마음이 시키는 대로, 바람이 이끄는 대로
소리가 나오는 대로, 강물이 흐르는 대로”

그저 자연처럼만 살고 싶다고 생각했어요.

6. 날 너무 미워하지 마세요
“미워한다면 견뎌낼 수 없어요. 당신은 내 세상이니까요.”

나의 반려동물 단이에게는 내가 세상이에요.
모든 강아지와 고양이들이 행복하기를 바라요.

7. 능소화
“벅찼었던 마음을 몰래 숨겼었던 나의 어린 사랑아”

그저 당신을 마주 보고 싶었어요.

8. 떠돌이 개
“넘치지 않는 둘이 만나서 꽉 찬 하나를 만들었네.

고독사로 돌아가신 분들의 반려동물들은 대부분 같은 자리에서 발견된다고 해요.
