LIPSTICKERZ will make their debut on August 27th with the release of their first album 'VESSEL' and title track 'Back To You'.

The masks of LIPSTICKERZ members are used as a medium to express emotions rather than as a means of hiding their true identities - anonymity.
Their first album, "VESSEL," marks the beginning of this worldview. LIPSTICKERZ's "New EMO" aims to embrace the musical tendencies of the EMO genre, but rather than conveying negative messages, it aims to express and communicate personal inner emotions. This is because they believe that the expression of individual emotions in a given era is the beginning of true communication and can lead to empathy.

The album 'VESSEL' contains a total of 10 tracks including the title song 'Back To You', 'MOTIVATION', 'Tattoo', 'Fake it', 'Starlight', 'nanana', 'Back To You -Space ver.-' arranged with a unique sound of the 80s, and the instrumental versions of 'MOTIVATION', 'Back To You', and 'Back To You -Space ver.-'. It adds to the fun of listening with tracks of various styles, from tracks with rhythmic and strong sounds, tracks suitable as drive songs, to healing songs with lyrics that touch the heart.

The title song 'Back To You' contains the lyrics 'I will run to you without hesitation anymore', which are different from the past, and contain the courage and excitement of heading back to the starting point over a lively band sound.

Atop a brisk band sound, it expresses the courage and excitement of returning to the starting point. This modern pop track depicts a journey to find the me from back then, facing the fear of taking the first step and running toward my dreams. ‘Uncontrollable vocal loop / transmission initiated’
Sometimes, there are melodies that express more than sophisticated and flowery rhetoric and words. A seemingly disorganized array of words and situations can be as beautiful as poetry. With the lyrics "Nana Na," I hope that my emotions reach the other person through music, not through words, and that the repeated "Nana Na" will evoke a variety of emotions depending on the listener. This song, characterized by its relaxed acoustic guitar strums, starlight-sparkling slide guitar, drums that seem to burst but don't, and pitch-black bass, is like poetry. LIPSTICKERZ, 8월 27일 첫 번째 앨범 'VESSEL'과 타이틀곡 'Back To You'를 발매하며 데뷔를 알린다.

LIPSTICKERZ 멤버들의 가면은, 자신의 실체를 가리는 - 익명성 - 측면보다는, 감정을 표현하기 위한 매개체로서의 장치로 사용된다.
첫번째 앨범 'VESSEL'은 이러한 세계관의 서막을 여는 의미가 담겨 있다. LIPSTICKERZ의 新EMO는 EMO의 장르 음악적 성향을 지향하고자 하나 마이너스적인 메시지가 아닌, 개인 내면의 감정을 이야기하며 표출하고자 하는 방향성을 가지려고 한다. 그 시대의 개개인의 감정의 표현은 진정한 소통의 시작이며, 공감으로 이어질 수 있다고 보기 때문이다.

현실과 이상이 다른 모든 것이 거짓인 세상을 표현한다. 약간의 ACID적인 사운드로 그루브감 있게 놀고 있는 느낌을 표현했다. 기타 사운드는 80's적인 터치에 능숙한 기타리스트의 연주로 담아냈다. 복고풍으로 유명한 신디사이저를 현대적인 이펙터로 도입하여 그루브감을 현대식으로 정리하고, 리듬은 드러머가 라이브 감을 살려 기계로는 낼 수 없는 미세한 소리의 차이와 뉘앙스를 담아냈다.

때로는 세련되고 화려한 미사여구와 단어들보다 더 많은 것이 표현되는 음률이 있다. 일견 정리되지 않은 듯한 단어와 상황의 나열들이 시처럼 아름다울 때가 있다. '나나나'라는 가사로 무언가 언어가 아닌 마음으로 음악으로 나의 감정이 상대방에게 닿길 바라며, 반복되는 '나나나' 속에 청자에 따라 다양한 감정이 느껴지길 희망한다. 힘 빠진 어쿠스틱 기타 스트럼, 별빛같이 반짝이는 슬라이드 기타 소리, 터질 듯 터지지 않는 드럼, 칠흑 같은 베이스 소리가 특징인 이 곡은 시와 같은 곡이다. 아름다운 순간 아름다운 사람을 말하는데 어떤 미사여구보다 더 기억에 남는 하나의 음률만 필요로 하는 곡.
