On November 11th and 12th, 2023, n.SSign held their first arena concert 'BIRTH OF COSMO' at the Ariake Arena in Tokyo, Japan, performing three times over two days in front of an audience of over 24,000, once again proving their presence as a major new group.

The album also includes 'Wormhole (Wormhole: New Track) (Metal ver.)' rearranged into a rock version, 'BOUNCE!', 'Salty', 'Beautiful' which were much loved by fans, as well as 'Sorry, Sorry', 'Lucifer', 'Rising Sun (Pure)' which can be seen in n.SSign's unique style.
