NEWBEAT 1ST FULL ALBUM [RAW AND RAD].

NEWBEAT will release their first full-length album [RAW AND RAD] at the same time as their debut.

It contains a total of 11 tracks, including the pre-released 'JeLLo (힘숨찐)' and 'HICCUPS', the title track 'Flip the Coin', and 'Highs&Lows (Hi&Love)' that can only be heard on CD.

The title track 'Flip the Coin' is a classic 90s old school song that starts with a dark, low-pitched contrabass, and is an impressive song with various sampling sounds, groovy and powerful drums, and an addictive hook melody.

"EVERYTHING HAS DUALITY JUST LIKE ME."

'Flip the Coin' tells the story of the two-sidedness of the world, that is, how good and bad coexist like two sides of a coin, from the boys' perspective.

The story captures their inner selves and the duality of the world, and as they experience a series of positive situations that can be discovered when they turn over all the negativity, temptation, and hurt they experience, they reflect on life once again and move forward.

The Intro and Outro of the regular album were produced by Maalib, leading the mood of the song. In particular, the first track, 'Intro: RAW AND RAD (feat. Khundi Panda)(Prod. Maalib)', presents a high-quality sound with Maalib's production and Khundi Panda's rap featuring.

Track 7, 'FLY (Fu**ing Lovely, Lonely Youth) (Prod. LIMHYUNSIK)' was written, composed, and recorded by BTOB's Lim Hyun-sik, adding even more depth to the song's emotion.

NEWBEAT plans to strongly imprint their own individuality and musical color through this debut album and first full-length album [RAW AND RAD]. Also, great expectations are placed on their future path of unique worldview and albums containing it.

NEWBEAT가 데뷔와 동시에 첫 정규 앨범 [RAW AND RAD]를 공개한다.

선공개된 'JeLLo(힘숨찐)'와 'HICCUPS'를 포함해 타이틀 곡 'Flip the Coin', 오직 CD에서만 들을 수 있는 'Highs&Lows(Hi&Love)'까지 총 11곡이 수록되어 있다.

타이틀 곡 'Flip the Coin'은 저음의 다크한 콘트라베이스로 시작되는 90년대 정통 올드 스쿨 곡으로, 다양한 샘플링 사운드와 그루비하면서 파워풀한 드럼, 중독성 강한 훅 멜로디가 인상적인 곡이다.

"EVERYTHING HAS DUALITY JUST LIKE ME." (모든 것은 이중적이다.)

'Flip the Coin'은 세상의 양면성, 즉 좋은 것과 나쁜 것이 동전의 양면처럼 공존한다는 이야기를 소년들의 시점에서 풀어냈다.

그들의 내면, 그리고 세상의 양면성을 스토리로 담았으며, 그들이 경험하는 모든 부정, 유혹, 상처 등을 뒤집었을 때 발견할 수 있는 긍정적인 상황을 연속적으로 경험하면서 삶에 대해 다시 한번 고찰하고 나아간다.

정규 앨범의 Intro와 Outro는 Maalib이 프로듀싱하여 곡의 분위기를 이끌었다. 특히 1번 트랙 'Intro: RAW AND RAD (feat. Khundi Panda)(Prod. Maalib)'은 Maalib의 프로듀싱과 함께 Khundi Panda의 랩 피처링으로 고퀄리티의 사운드를 선사한다.

7번 트랙 'F.L.Y (Fu**ing Lovely, Lonely Youth)(Prod. LIMHYUNSIK)'은 비투비의 임현식이 직접 작사, 작곡, 그리고 녹음 디렉팅까지 진행하여 곡의 감성을 한층 더 깊이 있게 완성했다.
