The 'Next Actor' project, jointly planned by the Muju Mountain Village Film Festival and the Baek Eun-ha Actor Research Institute and having highlighted actors who will lead the future of Korean cinema—such as Park Jung-min, Go Ah-sung, Ahn Jae-hong, Jeon Yeo-bin, Byun Yo-han, Go Min-si, and Choi Hyun-wook—names actress Lee Hye-ri as its eighth protagonist.

This series holds special significance in that it marks the first time this project has focused on a rising 'actress turned idol.' Lee Hye-ri, who made a spectacular debut as a member of the second-generation K-POP girl group 'Girls' Day' and was honed at the forefront of the popular culture industry, has established her own unrivaled domain by traversing both the big screen and television.
