[From Today On, I'm Human] is based on the fantasy folktale of the 'gumiho,' but ultimately, it is a story that speaks to the value of 'living true to yourself.'
Writers Park Chan-young and Jo Ah-young confessed, “There were times when I felt frustrated with the standards of when I should get a job, when I should get married, and when I should buy a house,” and they expressed their worries in the character Eun-ho, a gumiho who doesn’t want to be human.
'Eunho' is a character who rebels against the world order and escapes from the fatigue and pressure we face in our daily lives.
Although he may seem reckless and irresponsible, his deferred youth is actually a comfort to many.
Through this nine-tailed fox, the authors ask whether we are forced to become adults too early, and yet emphasize how important love and salvation still are in life.
