Roy Kim sings that today, which seemed to be boringly repeated, accumulates and becomes tomorrow, and today's sadness and happiness, which seemed to last forever, become the past. 2012년 데뷔곡부터 줄곧 본인만의 색깔로 음악적 행보를 걸어온 싱어송라이터 로이킴이 오는 2022년 10월 25일 한층 더 짙어진 감성과 음색이 담긴 정규앨범 4집 [그리고] 로 돌아온다.

우리는 시간을 통해 삶을 돌아보며 희망을 기대한다. 지루하게 반복될 것 같던 오늘이 쌓여 내일이 되고 끝 없이 영원할 것 같던 오늘의 슬픔과 행복이 과거가 되듯 이 모든 것들이 언젠가는 웃으며 떠올릴 추억이 될 것 임을 로이킴은 노래로 이야기 한다. 그렇게 시간이 빚어낸 수많은 날들이 모여 로이킴 [그리고]가 완성되었다.

2년 5개월동안 정성스럽게 공을 들인 이번 앨범 [그리고]에는 음악을 대하는 로이킴의 진실된 의지와 진솔한 마음이 고스란히 담겨있다. 앨범 전체를 관통하는 '소중한 사람들' 이라는 메시지는 그가 삶을 대하는 태도와 닮아 있다.
