A song that hits hard like soda to X, who hates being a bad person and says, "Let's only leave good memories."
X's lines, which we've heard so many times that it's enough to cause PTSD, add to the sense of realism, and the refreshing feeling of moving exquisitely between sarcasm and wit is also perfectly incorporated into the instruments. On a perfect day when I thought the whole world was on my side, wind and rain struck at just that moment.
My makeup and hair were perfect, but my new shoes got stuck in the mud, the Han River was overflowing, and I was in a terrible mood…
If I can still see you, I'll jump into the wind and rain. Even in the moment of unexpected ruin, it's you who makes me dance!
Ryu Su-jeong's <Rain Wind> is a song that wittily expresses such a moment. It is music that cannot be defined by a single genre, as it is based on jazz and incorporates various genres such as shoegaze and alternative.
The composition of the song also breaks away from the existing framework, freely expressing the slightly eccentric but lovable aspects of the artist Ryu Su-jeong.

4.Venus & a bowl soup

The story of two people who seemed like they were from different planets, or even further apart.
It's a song about a love that was so different that I was drawn to it, and so it's a love that can never be reached.
The restrained drumming evokes the sound of a pounding heart in deep reflection, adding emotional tension to the entire song.
Inspired by a line from the beloved drama Gilmore Girls, the combination of two seemingly unlikely words elaborates on 'our differences'.
It is a dreamy and profound track that depicts the process of conflicting between the ideal and reality of love, asking questions, and ultimately accepting the end of a relationship.

5.Beautiful

When each day is boring and you feel groundless anxiety, this song speaks to you affectionately.
“It’s okay, I’m doing well!”
This song tells us that we can get back up even if we fall, and contains the belief that all beings are beautiful and precious.

이건 'Good' Bye가 아니야. 진짜 최악의 'Bad' Bye.
'좋은 기억만 남기자'며 나쁜 사람은 되기 싫어하는 X에게, 사이다처럼 한 방 날리는 곡.
PTSD가 올 만큼 어디서 많이 들어본 X의 대사들이 현실감을 더하고, 독설과 위트 사이를 절묘하게 넘나드는 통쾌함을 악기들에도 고스란히 녹여냈다. 마지막의 기타 솔로를 들으며 '나'를 아프게 한 상대방에게 한 방 날리는 꿈을 꾸길.
“우리는 끝났고, 이건 좋은 이별 따윈 아니야.” 웃기지도 않은 마지막을 아주 멋나게 마무리하는 노래.

2.NEW CAR
고민은 잊어버리고, 새 차에 올라타!
레트로 신스와 80년대 팝 재질의 스포티한 록 사운드 위에 펼쳐지는 한 편의 드라이브 무비처럼, 큼직한 리듬과 경쾌한 에너지가 돋보이는 곡이다.
방향보다 중요한 건, 마음이 향하는 곳으로 너답게 달리는 것! 춤추고 싶은 충동을 불러일으키는 이 트랙은, '질문보단 직진'이 어울리는 순간에 가장 잘 어울린다.

3.비바람

온 세상이 내 편인 줄 알았던 완벽한 날, 하필 그 타이밍에 마주친 비바람.
화장도 머리도 완벽했는데, 새 신발이 흙탕물에 빠지고, 한강물은 넘치고, 기분은 엉망…
그래도 너를 볼 수 있다면, 비바람 속으로 뛰어들어가. 예상치 못한 망함의 순간에도 춤추게 만드는 건 바로 너!
류수정의 <비바람>은 그런 순간을 위트 있게 풀어낸 곡이다. 재즈를 기반으로 슈게이징, 얼터너티브 등 여러 장르가 녹아든, 하나의 장르로는 정의할 수 없는 음악이다.
곡의 구성 역시 기존의 틀에서 벗어나, 류수정이라는 아티스트의 약간은 괴짜스럽지만 사랑스러운 면모들을 자유롭게 표현하고 있다.

4.Venus & a bowl soup

마치 다른 행성, 아니 그보다 더 먼 존재 같았던 두 사람의 이야기.
너무 달랐기에 끌렸고, 그래서 끝내 닿을 수 없는 사랑을 그린 곡이다.
절제된 드럼 연주는 진지한 성찰 속에서 가쁘게 뛰는 심장 소리를 떠올리게 하고, 곡 전반에 감정적 긴장감을 더한다.
가장 사랑하는 드라마 Gilmore Girls의 대사에서 영감을 받아, 전혀 어울릴 것 같지 않은 두 단어의 조합으로 '서로 다른 우리'를 정교하게 묘사했다.
사랑의 이상과 현실 사이에서 갈등하고, 질문을 던지며, 결국 관계의 끝을 받아들이는 과정을 담아낸 몽환적이고 깊이 있는 트랙이다.
