휘인은 지난 1월 발매한 두 번째 미니앨범 'WHEE'에 이어 이번 앨범 'IN the mood'를 통해 '휘인(輝人)' 아이덴티티 2부작을 선보인다.

'WHEE'에서 빛(輝)을 매개체로 '가치 있는 나(Deserve)'에 대해 보여주었다면, 'IN the mood'에서는 '그 너머(Beyond)'의 인간(人) 본연의 모습을 '휘인'이라는 오브제를 통해 보여주고자 한다.

이번 앨범에서는 대중이 생각하는 휘인, 그 너머의 다양한 'IN the mood'를 보여줄 예정이다.
