YB's first VINYL album!
YB's first metal album, [Odyseey], is released on VINYL through Majang Music & Pictures.

YB's new album [Odyssey], which is being released after a long time, is a hybrid metal album based on a more intense and heavy Djent style that expands the existing musical color. This album, consisting of 6 songs, contains a journey to find the true self amidst external oppression and internal conflict. This is not just music, but the story of all of us, and contains the strong message that YB wants to convey.

The pre-released track, 'Rebellion', one of the double title tracks, declares 'everyone's rebellion' and expresses a strong will to win freedom, and the collaboration with Xidnary Heroes created a synergy effect.
Another title track, 'Orchid', lyrically expresses the longing to be reborn as a new being (an orchid) through death.

This album will be another fun one with the changes in the members that were not seen in YB's previous albums. Vocalist Yoon Do-hyun has expanded his territory once again by using the unique singing techniques of metal music such as growling and screaming, and Heo Jun's guitar and Park Tae-hee's bass that show the speed of metal music, and lastly drummer Kim Jin-won's elaborate and precise double bass drumming and combinations, and very delicate cymbal touches are the most obvious differences from previous YB albums.

Collaborations also add weight to the album. Choi Tae-seop, a former bassist for the band Rainy Sun, worked together as a producer, and the best metal players in Korea, including Lee Kang-to, Choi Jun-yong, and Yeo Hyeon-jun from the post-metal band Day of Mourning, guitarists Yang Jin-hyeon and Jeong Ma-to, who are recognized as the best in the Djent genre in Korea, Shin Jae-min, the leader guitarist of Synsnake, a band that is at the forefront of various activities and k-metal, and Lee Jae-hyun of Quartz, who was called the Tool of Korea, also participated.

The sound engineering was done by world-renowned metal experts. Jacob Hansen of Hansen Studio in Denmark, who was in charge of mixing and mastering, is renowned as a metal engineer in Europe. He is a veteran metal engineer who has mixed and mastered title songs for famous metal bands such as Denmark's representative band Volbeat, Primal Fear, KK's Priest, The Black Dahlia Murder, UDO, Amamranthe, Avntasia, Vola, and Vision of Atlantis.
Another mastering was done by Randy Mirell of Sterling Sound in New York. He is one of the best mastering engineers alive, having won three Grammy Awards for Best Engineer and having nine Grammy Awards for Album of the Year for his work. He was surprised to see a band from Korea that makes such great metal music, and he also said that he personally enjoyed the mastering work and that the music was very well-made.

This [Odyssey] is an album that contains a strong sound and a deep message that is completely different from the music that YB has shown so far. As YB's first vinyl album, this album will set a new standard in the Korean metal scene. Experience it for yourself now.

※ Jacket/components/packaging condition
1) Please understand that minor jacket wrinkles, corner pressing, cracks, etc., other than obvious defects in the product, are not eligible for return/exchange.
2) The inner slube may crack due to contact with the disc, and this is not subject to return/exchange.
3) The disc label may not be attached smoothly due to the manufacturing process.
4) Damage to the outer packaging vinyl that does not cause a problem with the product itself is not eligible for exchange/return.

※ Poor playback
1) If you use a turntable without a tonearm or weight adjustment function (mainly all-in-one models), you may experience a skipping phenomenon when playing tracks with large dynamic sound deviations. This is mostly caused by the light tonearm weight.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for playback defects caused by device issues, so we recommend playing the product on a device with adjustable tone arm.
2) Discs may not play smoothly due to static electricity and dust. This can usually be resolved by removing it with a special product.
3) If dust accumulates on the needle, playback may not be smooth.

※ Disk abnormality
1) The disc surface may become warped or warped. Returns or exchanges are only possible if there is a problem with playback.
2) In order to minimize distortion of the playback range and maintain maximum consistency during repeated playback, the disc center hole diameter is sometimes manufactured small. If it does not fit the turntable spindle, the problem can be solved by adjusting the center hole using a special product, etc.
3) Occasionally, there may be minor scratches or imperfections on the disc. Returns or exchanges are only possible if there is a problem with playback.

※ Color disc
1) The color disc may differ in actual color from the web image.
2) Due to the nature of color discs, there may be color differences between albums during the production process.
3) Color discs may contain small dots or other color dyes mixed in during the manufacturing process.

※ Exchange/Return Information
1) When requesting an exchange/return due to an obvious defect, please contact the customer center with photos and videos that can confirm the defect and the model name of the player.
2) LPs are likely to have their jackets damaged during frequent shipping and are difficult to resell, so returns due to incorrect purchases or changes of mind are difficult. Please make your purchase carefully.

YB의 첫 번째 VINYL 앨범 !
YB의 첫 번째 메탈 앨범인 [Odyseey]가 마장뮤직앤픽처스를 통해 VINYL로 발매 된다.

YB가 오랜만에 선보이는 이번 앨범 [Odyssey]는 기존의 음악적 색깔을 확장하며 더 강렬하고 묵직한 Djent 스타일을 기반으로 한 하이브리드 메탈 앨범이다. 6곡으로 구성된 이번 앨범은 외부의 억압과 내적 갈등 속에서 진정한 자아를 찾아가는 여정을 담고 있다. 이는 단순한 음악이 아니라 우리 모두의 이야기이며, YB가 전하고 싶은 강렬한 메시지를 품고 있다.

선공개 곡 이자 더블 타이틀 곡 중 한 곡 'Rebellion'은 '모두의 반란'을 선언하며 자유를 쟁취하려는 강한 의지를 표현하며, Xidnary Heroes와 함께 협업해 시너지효과를 발휘했다.
또 하나의 타이틀 곡인 'Orchid'는 죽음을 통해 새로운 존재(난초)로 거듭나고 싶어 하는 갈망을 서정적으로 풀어냈다.

이번 앨범은 YB의 기존 앨범에서는 볼 수 없었던 멤버들의 변화가 또 하나의 재미가 될 것이다. 보컬 윤도현은 그로울링, 스크리밍 등의 메탈 음악 고유의 창법을 구사해 또 한 번 영역의 확장을 이루었고, 메탈 음악다운 속주를 보여준 허준의 기타와 박태희의 베이스, 마지막으로 드러머 김진원의 정교하고 정확한 더블 베이스 드러밍과 콤비네이션들, 아주 섬세한 심벌 터치 등은 기존 YB 앨범과 가장 확연히 달라진 점이다.

협업 또한 한층 더 앨범에 무게감을 실어준다. 밴드 레이니썬 베이시스트 출신 최태섭이 프로듀서로 함께 했고, 국내 최고의 메탈 실력자들인 포스트 메탈 밴드 Day of Mourning의 이강토, 최준용, 여현준 그리고 국내에 Djent 장르에서는 최고라고 인정받는 기타리스트 양진현과 정마토, 여러 폭넓은 활동과 k-metal에 가장 앞선 밴드 Synsnake의 리더 기타리스트 신재민, 한국의 Tool이라 불리던 Quartz의 이재현 등이 함께 했다.

사운드 엔지니어링은 세계적으로 이름을 떨치는 메탈 전문가들이 작업했다. 믹스, 마스터링을 맡아준 덴마크 Hansen Studio의 Jacob Hansen는 유럽에서 메탈 전문 엔지니어로 명성이 높다. 덴마크 대표 밴드 Volbeat, Primal Fear, KK's Priest, The Black Dahlia Murder, U.D.O, Amamranthe, Avntasia, Vola, Vison of Atlantis 등 이름만 들어도 알만할 메탈 밴드들의 타이틀곡 믹스와 마스터링 작업을 한 베테랑 메탈 엔지니어이다.
또 다른 마스터링은 뉴욕의 Sterling sound의 Randy Mirell 진행했다. 그는 베스트 엔지니어로 3회에 그래미상을 수상했으며, 그가 작업한 앨범이 그래미 올해의 앨범상에 9회에 선정되는 등 현존하는 최고의 마스터링 엔지니어 중 한 명이다. 한국에서 이런 엄청난 메탈 음악을 하는 밴드가 있어서 놀랐고, 또 이 마스터링 작업이 개인적으로 너무 즐겁고 음악의 완성도가 높아 너무 좋았다는 후기를 전해왔다.

이번 [Odyssey]는 YB가 기존에 보여줬던 음악과 완전히 차별화된 강렬한 사운드와 깊이 있는 메시지를 담은 앨범이다. YB 최초의 VINYL 앨범으로서 한국 메탈씬에서 새로운 기준을 제시할 이번 앨범, 지금 직접 경험해보자.

※ 재생 불량
1) 톤암 혹은 무게 조절 기능이 없는 턴테이블을 사용하시는 경우, (주로 올인원 형태 모델) 다이내믹 사운드의 편차가 큰 트랙을 재생할 때 튀는 현상이 발생할 수 있는데 이는 대부분 가벼운 톤암 무게가 원인입니다.
기기 문제로 인해 발생하는 재생 불량 현상에 대해서는 반품/교환이 불가하니 톤암 조절이 가능한 기기에서 재생하실 것을 권유 드립니다.
2) 디스크는 정전기와 먼지로 인해 재생이 원활하지 않은 경우가 있습니다. 전용 제품으로 이를 제거하면 대부분 해결됩니다.
3) 바늘에 먼지가 쌓이는 경우에도 재생이 원활하지 않을 수 있습니다.

※ 디스크 이상
1) 디스크 표면이 울렁거리거나 휘어지는 경우가 있습니다. 재생에 이상이 있는 경우에만 반품이나 교환이 가능합니다.
2) 재생 음역의 왜곡을 최소화하고 반복 재생 시에도 최대한 일관되게 유지되도록 디스크 센터 홀 구경이 작게 제작되는 경우가 있습니다. 턴테이블 스핀들에 맞지 않는 경우에는 전용 제품 등을 이용하여 센터 홀을 조정하시면 해결됩니다.
