What kind of team is Youngpa?

Girls who are like 'frog-like' girls who end up doing things they are told not to do, without knowing where they will end up
Somewhat odd kids who don't even try to look pretty.
"We have to do what we want to do. First, let's debut! And we really can't resist what we want to eat..." These shameless girls want to show off their natural, candid charm.
They say that they want to prove that all of these things are their true story through their long-awaited debut album.
The first album they've released.
A debut song with strange content. Addictive choreography. Tracks and melodies with unfamiliar textures.
A music video created by Grammy-nominated director Ben Proulx that crosses borders.
How should we define Youngpa? First, let's listen to the members' stories.

POSSE UP! is our team's slogan.
If I were to translate it, it would be something like "Come together here!" lol
I really like the name Young-Passi. So I wanted to write a song with 'Passi' in it.
The company introduced this song as 'Finally, we are united as YOUNG POSSE and are determined to stand before the world, with no reservations, on top of a fast Jersey Beat of 135 BPM', but we just wrote down a bunch of things we wanted to eat in the lyrics, lol.
After we take over the scene with our own charm, we'll eat all the food we've been holding back from...ㅠㅠ
Of course, starting with macaroni and cheese.

The music video was directed by an American director who is as warm as a neighborhood uncle. He is a foreigner, but how can his thoughts be so similar to ours? Haha

OTB stands for 'On The Board'! I've always thought people who do extreme sports like inline skating, skateboarding, and BMX were cool. Like flying around and jumping over obstacles at incredible speeds?
But those people say that they fall hundreds of times for that one technique. Just for one jump! I thought that bumping into something, getting hurt, and running towards a goal were a bit similar to us. If we practice hard and try hard, we can probably do the 'jump' we want. Of course, we're not good at it yet, but if we do our best, other people who see us will definitely cheer us on!
To do that... first, 'lower your posture and...shhh!'

Cooing is read as Kuing. It is said to mean 'whispering sweetly' and the sound is so cute and fluffy>.<
Among the numerous songs we recorded, this was the one that arrived to us the latest.
When you can't fall asleep at dawn, I wish Kuiiiiing~ would be a lullaby.
Oh, this is a secret, but the Kuing on the CD and the Kuing on the music site are slightly different. Just a little bit. Please listen to our album on CD! Kuiiiiing~>.<

Ah.. something feels disappointing.
It's too bad to put all that patience that we had to endure until we were called 'Youngpa-ssi' into 4 songs. Will we have fans like this? If you're reading this and listening to the song, I'd be so grateful... I feel strange. I want to communicate with you again with a new song soon.

영파씨는 어떤 팀일까?

애써 예뻐 보이려고 하지 않는 어딘가 엉뚱한 아이들.
'우린 하고 싶은 건 해야 해요 일단 데뷔! 그리고 또 먹고 싶은 건 진짜 못 참아..'라며 있는 그대로의 털털한 매력을 보여 주고 싶다는 뻔뻔한 소녀들.
기다리고 또 기다려온 데뷔앨범을 통해 이 모든 것들이 본인들의 진짜 이야기임을 증명하고 싶다고 한다.

POSSE UP!은 우리 팀의 슬로건이야.
번역해보자면 "여기 뭉쳐!" 느낌?ㅋㅋㅋ
난 영-파씨란 이름이 너무 좋아. 그래서 '파씨'가 들어가는 곡을 써보고 싶었다?
이 곡은 '마침내 YOUNG POSSE로 똘똘 뭉쳐 세상 앞에 선 각오를 135BPM의 빠른 Jersey Beat 위에서 가감없이 들려준다.' 라고 회사에서 소개했는데 우린 그냥 먹고 싶은 것들을 잔뜩 가사에 써내려 봤어ㅋㅋ
우리만의 매력으로 씬을 점령한 다음에 그동안 참고 참았던 음식을…마음껏 먹을 거야ㅠㅠ

OTB는 'On The Board'의 약자야! 난 인라인, 스케이트보드, BMX같은 익스트림 스포츠를 하는 사람들이 항상 멋있어 보였어. 막 날아 다니고 엄청나게 빠른 속도로 장애물을 넘는 그런 거?
근데 그 사람들이 말야 그 한 기술을 위해 수백번을 넘어진다고 하더라. 단 한번의 점프를 위해서 말야! 뭔가 부딪히고 다치고 목표를 위해 달려가는 게 우리와 조금 비슷하다는 생각이 들었오. 우리도 아마 열심히 연습하고 노력하면 원하는 '점프'를 할 수 있겠지? 물론 아직은 잘 못 타지만 최선을 다 한다면 우릴 보는 다른 사람들도 꼭 응원해줄거야!

수많은 곡들을 녹음하는 와중에 가장 늦게 우리에게 도착한 곡이야.
새벽에 좀처럼 잠이 오지 않을 때 쿠이이이잉~ 자장가가 되었으면 해.
참, 이건 비밀인데, CD에 들어있는 쿠잉과 음원사이트의 쿠잉이 살짜쿵 다르대. 아주 살짝. 우리 앨범을 꼭 CD로 들어봐줘! 쿠이이이잉~>.<

아..뭔가 아쉽다 쩝쩝.
'영파씨'라는 이름으로 불려지기 까지의 그 오랜 인내의 시간들을 4곡에 담기에는 너무 아쉬워. 이런 우리에게도 팬이 생길까? 지금 이 글을 읽고 또 노래를 들어준다면, 너무 고마워…기분이 이상해. 얼른 새로운 곡으로 또 소통하고 싶다아아.
