It's a song that makes me cry just by listening to the intro.
Is it because of the Scars in our hearts?
I don't know how many times I've sung, danced, and edited this on the floor since I was a trainee. This song is like our Youngpa's oldest friend. The title and lyrics of this song have changed several times, and the choreography that brings out the Rage genre is really cool! I really want to show it someday!
There are surprisingly many different emotions coexisting in the world. Like, you're smiling^^ but you're cryingㅠㅠ.. You're so angry but you become calmer without realizing it...
We're dreaming, and we're not exactly sure what it is, but maybe we just want to be loved, and we hope that our longing doesn't elicit pity.
I hope you enjoy it and have fun with it, because that's our story.

The baby god Yeongpa has returned after growing up huge;; Hmm, hmm
But still. Not. Hat.
We ate a lot of macaroni and cheese, and at POSSE UP Remix, we ate ringo-ame, choco-crape, and ramen with our seniors, but we were still hungry.
I wonder if this only fits XXL size clothesㅡ_ㅡ^
But I still want to eat more. I want to draw our possibilities bigger and bigger in our one and only life. Haha
Actually, Youngpa is a team that really requires a lot of courage. Each and every member of us is a true rookie, and it was our first debut. When I first heard XXL's demo, I felt that it was a song that expressed the world in which we are so small and insignificant that we seem so big in comparison.
Let's check out the midsummer night's dreamlike trip that we suddenly embark on in the XXL music video!!! >_ The CEO said so. I really hope that one day our Youngpa will be on the cover of XXL Magazine. I really hope so. I'll keep starving until that day comes!

Aren't there days like that? When you want to get away from all the noise in the world.
When I just want to listen to the sound of my heart.
I came here chasing the bright light, but sometimes I like the sunset that looks down at me softly rather than the dazzling sun. (Slightly creepy?)

04 My name is (ROTY)
I first got into hip-hop properly when I was a trainee, and it was so fun. You can express anything in hip-hop. There are rappers who just scream for 3 minutes straight, and there are rappers like Kanye who do completely different music for each album. Korean double-syllable rhymes are so amazing! So I was surfing the internet and I became curious about the history of hip-hop.
They say that in the beginning, hip-hop was all about a genre called Boom Bap, and I thought it would be fun for Generation Z to channel the vibes of the hip-hop pioneers of that time, like Wu-Tang Clan, so I got the Boom Bap beat!
It's a song I wrote two years ago when I was a trainee. No one knows us! Let's make a song that introduces ourselves with passion! Hehe
The verse part given to the five of us, 12 verses each, is really like the introduction of Youngpa written by the five of us in our own handwriting, so it's just like Pa-si itself. And we all went into the booth together to record it and really had fun. I'll upload that on SNS later!

Since we first stepped onto the stage, every day has been a series of new things and adventures.
Ridiculous things kept happening and I was so nervous about what would happen tomorrow!
So I always thought it would be nice if there was a song that was like this, something novel and like our growth drama, and I'm so happy to have found this dreamy song, Skyline!
It's the same Jersey Club genre as 'POSSE UP!', but this one has a completely different feel, so it's fun to listen to it while comparing! Sang! Po! In! T? Haha
What kind of adventures await us in the future! I want to go on all those journeys with Terry.

전주만 들어도 눈물이 나는 노래야.
우리 마음속에 있는 Scars때문일까?
연습생 시절부터 마루바닥 위에서 얼마나 많이 부르고 춤추고 수정하고 했는지 몰라. 우리 영파씨의 가장 오래된 친구같은 곡이야. 제목과 가사가 여러 번 바뀐 이 곡은 Rage장르를 살린 안무가 정말 멋지다구! 언젠가 꼭 보여주고 싶어!
세상엔 의외로 여러가지 감정이 공존하잖아. 웃고 있지만^^ 눈물을 흘린다든가ㅠㅠ..너무 화가 나지만 나도 모르게 더 침착해진다든가…
우리는 꿈을 꾸고 있고 그게 무엇인지도 정확하지는 않지만 어쩌면 그냥 사랑받고 싶은 것 같아. 그러면서도 그 갈망이 동정을 유발하지 않길 바란다.

그런 우리가 느닷없이 떠나게 되는 한여름밤의 꿈 같은 여행, XXL뮤직비디오에서 확인해죠!!! >_ 대표님이 그랬어. 언젠가 우리 영파씨가 XXL매거진의 표지에 나오면 정말 좋겠네~정말 좋겠네~ 그날이 오기까지 계속 배고파 할래!

그저 온전히 내 마음의 소리에만 귀를 기울이고 싶을 때.

연습생 시절 힙합을 처음 제대로 접했는데 이게 너무 재미있는거야. 힙합 안에서는 뭐든지 표현할 수 있잖아. 막 3분내내 꺅꺅 고함만 지르는 래퍼도 있고, 칸예처럼 앨범마다 완전히 다른 음악을 하는 래퍼도 있고. 한글 다음절 라임은 또 얼마나 신기한지! 그래서 막 인터넷을 서핑하다가 힙합의 역사가 궁금해졌다아?
힙합은 초기에 Boom Bap이라는 장르가 대세였다는데, 우탱클랜같은 그 시절 힙조상님들의 느낌을 우리 Z세대가 내보면 재미날 것 같아서 Boom Bap비트를 받았어!
2년도 더 전에 연습생 시절 때 썼던 곡인데, 우리를 아무도 모르잖아! 패기넘치게 자기소개하는 곡을 만들어보자! 했었지. 헤헤
12마디씩 우리 다섯에게 주어진 벌스 파트는 정말 우리 다섯이 손글씨로 쓴 영파씨 소개서라서 이거 그냥 파씨 그 자체. 그리구 녹음은 다같이 부스에 들어가서 진짜 놀면서 했어. 그것두 이따 SNS에 올릴게!
그래서 나의 이름은 말이야..!

우리가 첫 무대를 서고 나서부터는 매일이 새로운 것들과 모험의 연속이었어.
말도 안 되는 일이 계속 일어나고 또 내일은 어떤 일이 생길까 너무나 두근거렸거든!
그래서 뭔가 이런 신기함과 우리의 성장 드라마 같은 노래가 있으면 어떨까 늘 생각했는데, 몽글몽글한 곡 Skyline을 만나게 되어서 너무 기뻐!
'POSSE UP!'과 같은 Jersey Club 장르인데 이건 또 느낌이 완전히 달라서 비교하며 들어보는 게 감! 상! 포! 인! 트?ㅎㅎ
앞으로는 또 어떤 모험이 우릴 기다리고 있을지! 그 모든 여정에 테리들과 함께하고 싶어.
